What We Collect
We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order: name, email, shipping address, phone number, and the pet photographs you choose to share. We do not store your payment information — that is handled by our payment processor (Stripe / PayPal).
How We Use It
- To craft and ship your replica
- To send order updates and production photos
- To respond to your messages
- To share occasional updates from our studio (only if you opt in)
Pet Photographs
The photos you upload are used solely to create your replica. We may, with your permission, share finished-plush photographs on our website or social media — never the original pet photos. If you prefer your order remain entirely private, just let us know.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies (cart, login). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

You may request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
